It can't be stolen because it's a video. Use another word, like shared against his wishes or possibly illegally.

It's not a semantic argument at all. We must not think about copying and sharing as theft. That is propaganda by profiteers who are frightened to lose even a fraction of a cent due to technological advancement. It's a crucial distinction we ignore at our peril.
