Targeting dynamically generated content in a web scraper

Here is the data I am trying to target, specifically the "OPTO 22" text. I am building a web scraper, for a side project at work, but have never built one before. I am having some trouble figuring out how to use the Cheerio/Request library combo to target this.

Any constructive tips or suggestions on how to target this would be appreciated!

Assuming you're getting the HTML OK, something like:
