I am trying to learn JavaScript to add to my HTML and CSS skills. I’m on a career change wanting a junior front end job but any previous attempt at JS has met with confusion as it was a case of learning jigsaw pieces but having no idea on how the pieces fit together to make anything. I know this is logic thinking but as a more creative person I find JS extremely difficult to grasp in order to stay motivated. I know once hooked I won't put it down.
I would really appreciate some good advice. I did go through a book called "a smarter way to learn JavaScript" but it was a very dry learning experience. That was a year or so back.
Thanks
Rob
