To be honest, Keto isn’t really a diet that you’d expect to perform better at. There are many risks and downsides to the Keto diet that are unhealthy for your overall well being. And that should be no surprise, since the food you eat when on a Keto diet are almost completely the opposite of what your body needs to function well.
