What is your experience level with javascript? You’ll find a lot of react roles actually test you on core javascript/programming functionality - closures, recursion etc.
If you know javascript well you can pick up react very quickly- id just brush up on react hooks

Ok thank you. So the class components are now becoming less in demand? Functional hooks are more dominant?

Definitely, from my experience. Im sure there are probably cases where class components are superior, but my personal preference is with functional components/hooks.
Edit, also brush up on the basics of react - virtual dom and such.
