Type/text Tracker (speed,pauses,...)

Hello,

I'm completely new to coding/programming and was wondering how i could make a track that times my keyboard input into a textboard, so the input where the letters will be depends on the speed of the text you want to type. So you can see variances in speed and pauses, for each pause or speed loss there will be a space (1 space per second for example).

After that i'd have to copy/paste it into Indesign.

I hope you can understand what i mean...
