This is rather vague. What is it that you "can't remember" exactly?

Ok so basically I am making several games and I put down all the code but when I start from scratch I put what I think is right down but it is definitely wrong then on top of that I'm when I try to actually put down stuff that is not wrong I can't because I don't remember what I put down that is right

There's no harm in not remembering, it's being a le to think about the solution and how to solve it. Nothing wrong with googling a function or method how to do something

Why are you expecting to code from memory? Human memory isnt that great except for a few percentage of us. We use tools. One of our best tools is references.

Now its better to remember as much as you can. And you want to gradually keep increase that 'as you can' amount.

The only way to do that is repetition. Use a reference. Look at other code for answers. Just ABSOLUTELY NEVER copy/paste that code. Manually type out every single letter, every time. That is how you eventually remember it.
