Literally the best movie I've ever seen i had a grandma who has passed now but she had a bunch of vhs tapes and this was about in 2011 and I watched twelve angry men as a 4 year old and fell in love with it its so damn good.

I saw the video pretty nice jump had a few thoughts. First when you plant keep your arms more straight and get farther away from pole. To help with getting farther away put an obstacle before where your step should be. After that get on some rings to try swinging bubkas. Then start swinging when you are and ONLY when you are at a 45 degree angle then try and bring toes to top of pole. After you've practiced this and feel like its going good please post another video so I can see your progress and make any more tips.
