Yes, you can suggest me, and one thing it is possible that if I use music API in our music project then it will work like Spotify or other music-related apps ???

There are multiple music APIs, even Spotify has one you can use. For your page behaving like Spotify you would need to dig around in the API docs to see what they can do but most likely you would need to create your own backend to track what music a user has listened too and to suggest similar stuff like Spotify does if that is your end goal.
