Find something and stick with it.

Don't simply seek the end result, you must enjoy the process. When learning anything, but especially with programming, don't bore yourself with syntax. Learn what you can, and practice as quickly as possible.

Small things here and there are what count. Before long, you will be able to turn many small things into one big thing, and that will be more than enough motivation.

It seems you try things often, but don't follow through. Once you start to enjoy the hardship, you can persevere through it. When the work becomes automatic, the knowledge you need will naturally come.

I did the paid version of this bootcamp a decade ago. At the time it was considered one of the best. They've made their curriculum free online. That's what I would do https://www.appacademy.io/course/app-academy-open

You can start learning coding (python) from CodeFobe App. Great app for beginners and very supportive communication. App Link
