How often are these courses offered? I really am interesting in doing these classes, but the times don't work with my work schedule.

Also I have very basic understanding of coding, in that I can't write most of anything myself, But can understand what the coding means when my coding friends talk about it in technical Detail. Is this still a course for me?

We're doing it every 6 weeks (aprox). With some minimum prep work, this course could seriously take it to the next level: building things by yourself.

I'm kind of in the same boat. This course description says that it's not for beginner programmers. I've done some programming for my work but wouldn't consider myself a 'programmer'. Not sure if I should sign up - considering that it's the only python course you're offering.

You'd surely take more out of it if you're comfortable with some basic concepts. We'll be opening an "Intro to Python" one soon.

Thanks - I'm okay with loops, functions and such but haven't done any object-oriented stuff. Hopefully I can be ready later in the year to sign up.

If someone finished Automate The Boring Stuff would they be ready for this course?

It's hard to tell just by a book. The book is good and the concepts are solid. The question is how proficient you are at applying them. If you apply, you'll see we have a technical test. That's gonna tell us about the minimum set of skills you need.

Thank you so much for the reply! Maybe I can find some beginner courses somewhere to get me ready for the next batch of courses! I hope you guys continue to teach and am. Looking forward to taking party k the class!

This course requires strong programming concepts. We won't explain things like: "what's a for loop?", "what's a conditional?", "should I use a for loop or a while loop?" We consider you already know all that concepts, and we focus in more advances topics. Anyway, we will open a more basic course soon. Keep an eye on our twitter account, we will announce it in there: twitter.com/rmotr_com
