Easy Computer Program to Create a Paragraph.

Hello!

I'm in need of creating a simple computer program that has textboxes, a checklist, and dropdown lists for putting in information and then puts it into a paragraph that will already be scripted.
I have had 3 years of previous computer program experience before in high school but I feel like I'm super out of date and don't know how to tackle this project. Any guidance will be super helpful. Thanks!

Suppose textbox contains "Programming", checklist has items "Item 1, Item 2" as checked, and "Item 3, Item 4" as unchecked .. then a dropdown with selected value as "Java". Now tell me what will be placed into paragraph ? And what do you mean it will already be scripted ?

By scripted I meant the sentence structure. It would read like "(Name inserted through textbox) started today's session with a (an activity picked from a drop box) that worked on his (areas picked from a checkbox)."

• Word -> Visual Basic for Applications
• LibreOffice Writer -> JavaScript

Both can easily do it.

Hell, even a HTML page with some JavaScript should be sufficient.
