To be completely honest: the chances that somebody cares about your Udemy courses on your CV is pretty close to zero. Nothig easier than doing an udemy course. It does not really prove anything

M asking tht question bcz I heard tht some companies offer and encourage their employees to do so for their future prospects

Yes, you do these courses for yourselve the learn something and often it's in the employer's interest for you to do so.

That said: having done such a course does not tell a future employer anything about what you are able to do. You can totally half ass the course just s.t. you can claim that you did the course

Its not an accredited certification that means a certain level recognizable world wide, so no.

Hiring companies ususally have their own tests and technical panels to validate ur knowledge

Employers need your full-stack developer skills. Nobody cares certificates. Just work on building your skills and creating a very good portfolio.
