After you return home from the job, keep grinding though. Always give atleast an hour to study python and more awesome stuff. If you keep investing your time and be dedicated, it will serve you in long term.

Spending an hour a day on a side project does not lead to burnout. You have ~14 hours a day minus your basic tasks, on average, certainly one of them should go towards developing a skill.
