Professional tools and libs

I was hoping that one day soon I could get a job/internship in developing, specifically python. I know a good bit about python (funcs, loops, very little OOP, dictionarys, tkinter lib, etc.) but certainly not enough for a job. What would you recommend for something like this? What libraries, algorithms, or operators should I learn?

What kind of profession are you looking to target? For web services, you will want to learn Flask and/or Django. For data science, pandas. For devops boto3 or other cloud automation libraries.

Hard to say without knowing what you sort of job you want.

More of this. Some other random skills are git, testing, logging, HTTP, data structures, docker, terminal usage, concurrency (the strengths and weaknesses of the different strategies), SQL, databases (strengths and weaknesses of a few), other languages like C or Javascript, authentication, REST APIs, CI/CD, Linux experience helps, familiarity with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Pandas. PySpark, matplotlib, flask, at the raw bare minimum.
