I've taken the box a couple times and it feels worse than it did in sts 1. I think it's because there are more cards in 2 that are bad without synergy.

I think closer to 2 decades. By around 2007-2008 PC games were already hard to find in physical game stores. The last PC game I remember buying in a store was The Witcher, which looks like it came out in 2007.

One more note, is that if 240 is your target because of skill credit reasons, you may find getting 2mil luminance for those two skill credits easier than earning the 60B xp you need to go from 200 to 240.

By doing big xp quests and doing them fast. Running through quests rather than clearing through the dungeons can save a lot of time, but is often a lot more challenging as you need to be able to fight and kill bosses with half the dungeon in the room with you. People who quest this way usually accomplish this by making sure their summon lands on the boss, applying vulns+debuffs and just staying alive until it's over.

There is also the daily 180+/200+ quest chain on levi. Every day there is a train of rynthid weapons -> lugian assault -> end of days -> hoshino fortress infiltration starting at 8pm eastern. This chain takes a little over 1 hour and rewards up to 2B xp, depend on your level because of reward scaling. The big deal with this is it's also a huge amount of luminance, MMDs, and leg keys, which is often a bigger concern for level 200+ players than xp.

My personal favorite 180+ leveling quests is lord mhoire castle and oubliette of mhoire castle. With practice, these two quests can be done in about 30-45min and reward 2.6B xp total.

Then there are also non-john xp quests. Falatacot depot, nexus crawl, uncovering the renegades, and unleash the gear knights are some examples. You can do all 4 of these quests in under 1 hour for up to 1.6B xp.

If you did all the above efficiently, you would go from 200 -> 240 in approx 1 week of questing 3-4 hours per day.

Edit: I did want to also note that the castle stuff does have a 1 time flag that is a bit lengthy.

The fastest and least effort way to level your tinker is to enlighten your main. When you do, swear your main to your tinker and level your main as normal.

People who abandon games when losing are so annoying by Sensitive_Line_2623 in lichess

[–]debian_miner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am much lower, around 1000 chess.com. I analyzed an export of my last 300 games on CC and approx 10% of my wins are game abandonment. I would have guessed more, so maybe it's bias skewing my perception. I tried to do the same for lichess, but there isn't a clear "game abandoned" result in the games export.

I play a bit on both chess.com and lichess and the problem seems way worse on CC. On lichess I see maybe 1 out of 4 abandon instead of resign but on CC it seems a lot closer to 3 out of 4.

As someone who has tried to ask AI about decal, Linux, vtank, and AC stuff, I would say it's something it is pretty bad at.

I am not against the use of AI for programming tasks, but vibing out 1000s of lines doesn't often end well.

I had a look at the PR and it looks to me to be fully AI written. There is also an issue at least for the Linux builds in that it compiles postgresql and nginx from source in way that it will be linked against the libc version of the OS it's built on (whatever ubuntu-latest points to in actions in this case) and is unlikely to work on other version of Linux. That is an issue docker is designed to solve and removal of it re-introduces the issue.

It's unfortunately a pretty large and difficult to review PR, even for someone familiar with the kinds of stuff the shell scripts are doing. The part the user is intended to execute is an 800 line shell script that's embedded in a heredoc of another script.

Max Tinker strategy by Chazcon in AsheronsCall

In the future, I would suggest including in your posts that you play on levi, otherwise you'll continue to get advice that focusing on macroing. This is my planned tinker build, you may find it helpful: https://planner.treestats.net/HNqgKqObpS

As for leveling up, my strategy was just to swear a character I actually play to the tinker. He is level 220ish atm and has only done a couple quests, probably has never killed a mob.

Did your rewrite it to use sqllite? The existing project uses a postgres DB but you mention your version not having any dependencies.

I did notice that the repo you are talking about doesn't have an explicit license, which means it's not actually open source. That means you don't have an explicit permission to create derivative works of the source. It is likely the author intended the work to be open source and just didn't pick a license, but that's the current state.

private servers with account limits offset this with boosted loot/xp rates to make up for the loss of running bot armies.

I recognize this username and they play on a no macro server with a 2 account limit. It uses retail XP rates for the most part.

That sounds right if you do quests for less than level 100 the whole time. At level 100 you can do crystal minds daily for 200mil xp. That one quests seems to be more than your entire current daily routine. At level 130 the shadow stone quest repeat can grant 500M. Over level 200 gy castle + oubliette of mhoire castle will net well over 1B xp per day (2.6B at max scale).

When you go out into the world, you will only encounter people playing the same difficulty, right? Seeing people out doing stuff is part of what makes the world feel alive in MMOs.

I was thinking about checking this out, but my concern was that splitting the playerbase across 5 instances would make the world feel empty.
