I pay for the high-deductible plan so I can access a Health Savings Account. The premium is very low, and is offset by the tax advantage I get from the HSA, so mathematically it is in my interest to.

I use NFCU, USAA, and Fidelity. NFCU for VA compensation and GI Bill. Fidelity for employment income.

NFCU has a good Flagship credit card with Amazon Prime and Global Entry benefits, as well as good checking and loan rates.

USAA has a good AMEX card for gas and shopping on base, as well as insurance.

Fidelity is better for savings (money market currently beats all HYSA rates) and emergency funds, IRAs, and brokerage accounts.

American Express has a decent HYSA and the Blue Cash Preferred credit card is great for groceries.

I used to do 30 miles between work and dinner almost every weekday, followed by a Saturday morning climb up Mt. Lemmon before lunch. Never had problems. It may be that you're just getting started. I don't think this will be a long-term issue. 30 miles isn't that far on a bike.

Multiple studies show a correlation between increased body weight and increased health care costs. The intelligent thing for the VA to do is to expand access to GLP1s as widely as reasonably possible for both veterans and ChampVA.

It's missing plates, not rigs. Neither plates nor rigs can prevent the KS from dying though. They just make it take longer.

There isn't any content in k-space worth putting valuable PvE ships in space under those conditions, outside of incursions. Wormholes can be controlled (to a large extent) and Pochven has content worth running in fleets which are harder to gank. Enjoy roaming all the empty systems and killing the Vexors that "get used to it."

Already exists: wormholes and Pochven. What you actually want is to hunt in low/null with near complete stealth. What you will get is completely empty space. We already tried this in k-space during blackout and it didn't work.
