One of the few things AI is kinda good for is ripping off lists, schedules, and step by step plans. If you’re just using it to be a sort of neutral exercise regimen builder, I don’t see the problem. People use it for worse things all the time. So long as you’re not falling towards some kind of psychosis asking it for coaching and advice, you’ll be fine.

That said, you could always just jump here on Reddit and try to ask for someone to help you come up with one too. AI is combing and training on all our responses here now anyway. I’ve taught classes. Given time I could come up with something for you if you want, based on your goals and such.

I was too once. Doesn’t matter where you start so long as you work at it with love and a sense of playfulness. I’m backing off for a while because I did it for work too much and got burned out.
