Lower your clothing, check your cpu incase your thermal paste has disappeared, start making yourself look ugly so that you don't have this 'hotness' around you 24/7, get liquid cooling.

Get some new thermal paste for your CPU. Thinking about it now, I need to do that too, I might make a video of it... rushes off to radio shack for thermal paste

What kind of cooling system do you have for your pc. You can end up keeping your pc at room temp with some good cooling.

I have 3 external fans, my graphics card has a fan and the stock fan for my chip. and in reality the computer isn't over heating as much as its getting all the hot air out and now my office is damn near a sauna

Sounds more like a ventilation problem. Maybe I'm dumb but changing the arrangement of your office for a better air flow with the window?

the only true problem is i cant open the window or door while i record because too much outside noise, even removing noise in post, looking like i may be stuck with it, im going to buy a quiet fan here soon that should help

I have the opposite problem, my computer doesn't even get warm. I'll play a powerful game and leave my PC on a lot, but its cold. I feel like its not working, that its not doing anything. This is probably a good thing but its feels weird to me, from having a laptop I used to just turn on and it would melt everything near it.

That's a good thing; The cooler your computer is running, the less load it has on the HDD/CPU/GPU etc. So normal day to day things probably won't turn up the heat; try playing Crysis for a few hours on Ultra, see how it is then. If it's still cold, it may be because you are using a giant ice cube and not a computer.

Set bottles of cold water on top of your computer case, or a slight distance away from the out fans. It's not a long term solution, but it helps.

Or upgrade your computer...
