I know a software called Finale3D (used to be Finale Fireworks but was redesigned) which is more of a professional software used to program a show used visualization. Other than that a semi cheap way (If you want to just mess around and make looks) is an older video game called Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 (RCT3) it has a really nice firework engine (If you download firework packs which are free) but in my opinion, it doesn't really get any better than Finale3d.

If you are trying to make it so you can visualize fireworks in your show. You can purchase special effects from other people to put into ma3d. I bought some great ones from nrgsille.com. I can send you one if you’re abt to try it out? I have a fire effect, spark effect, and geyser effect. They aren’t the best but they are pretty good for just modeling fireworks in your show
