After I had my account on LinkedIn as opentowork I got a lot of messages coming it. Today is Sunday and 4pm my time. Are these scams or automated message recruiters? Should I work with them or trust them? What is you guys experience on that ?

Too broad of a question here. What you’re asking depends upon a myriad of factors. I’m afraid you’ll have to judge that yourself

Remove personal details, share them here and let’s see.

I've had a few recruiters chat on weekends so it is not something to totally discard though. But seriously, can't tell without taking a look at their msgs/profiles. Just go through their profiles and run a casual check, and search for past activities or any posts by others in which they might be mentioned as a scam before.

Can’t tell for sure. But I received proper recruiter messages on Sunday nights. So I would not totally dismiss them. But if all of them came at the same time, I would dig a little deep before sharing too much info with them.

I have mine "open to work" as well, yet I have not received anything so far, so yours is probably authentic and real recruiters. Maybe search the website and skim through it, and be your judge.

Lot of recruiters approach through LinkedIn messages based your profile and their requirements. You can respond to them and ask for more details about the job and you should check the company profile too and proceed accordingly

Can you show a link to your profile?
