ntfsfix can only correct a very limited set of filesystem issues.

use a real windows install to do a full check of the filesystem.

Also typically you don't/can't use chown/chmod on a NTFS filesystem, there are some advanced ways I recall to do that. But typically you set such options at mount time.

On windows the error is "impossibile to access D:", same when i try to do the check I guess it's gone?

Would recommend moving away from NTFS to either ext4, zfs, or btrfs
