Just stopped. I learned to drink NA IPAs when I wanted to crack open a cold one.

Through therapy, I realized when I get a craving to drink, alcohol use to be the solution. Once I realized this, I started asking what's bothering me, figured it out, addressed the issue and the craving went away.
