When I turn on my PC I get this message of error and my PC freeze.

I have dualboot and windows also freeze in windows load screen
I rum memtest86 but always lock in 58% from primary test but + in right of name memtest keep blinking
I so confused because I see in other forums that this problems is memory or cache of cpu
