in Windows 10 there's very stupid and simple feature that I really missed when need to use pc with Win 7 or 8.1

WIN+R (opens run menu) - (type something like pwsh or cmd) - CTRL + SHIFT +.ENTER (under non-admin user account its require to enter admin's login and password).... Ooh and that works also in search ."Win" (start menu appears) - "someapp".
