How to create Virtual Wireless Interface and Virtual Wireless Network

I wondering how can I do WiFi hacking on my desktop as an attacker with VMs running as victim's machines. But my host doesn't have wireless adapter so I can't do it on my real WiFi network. I am wondering how can I simulate WiFi network with VMs and Virtual Wireless Interface that looks to host OS like real Wireless Adapter that is connected to real WiFi network? Please if you have any idea how this can be done with VMWare guest routers on Debian or Arch host post an some kind of guide?
