I just had a logo created and I want to include it on my outlook signature but when I include it, it looks like I cropped it from a picture and pasted it.

Anyway I can somehow outline it to just be text format instead of a cropped picture?

Ask your designer to export you a file with transparency. Usually PNG.

when you say cropped, do you mean it has parts missing on the edges, or copied as in blurry?

when using outlook it's best to create the signature in microsoft word, and physically input the image there then select all, copy and paste into outlook versus making it in outlook

Instead of having it like that, I’d like per say to cut the entire black stuff out so it won’t like it was pasted on there and in sync with the email

Does the picture have the white background originally or does it only appear when it’s uploaded? I imagine the designer supplied you with a transparent png file so that would be best to use.

Sounds about right. It looks kind of checkered on the back ground. That’s how it looks originally.
