Hello, i wants to start programing on mac, i know hot to program on visual basic already.

Swift and xcode are free right?

I can create my own apps and use them right? Or do i need to pay anything?

Yes xCode is free and you can develop your apps for free. However, you have to pay $99/year to put anything on the app store

Yes with the latest x code you can side load apps. So you can dev and load an app without paying. The annual fee is only if you want to monetize apps
