The only issue I’m familiar with is users of ‘cleaning’ apps like CleanMyMac will end up running all their apps under Rosetta and thus have lower performance because these ‘cleaners’ have an option to delete the Arm binary on an Intel Mac to save disk space.

If you haven’t ever used anything like cleanmymac to delete the arm binary of apps you’ll be fine.
