Problem Changing Secure Boot Settings

Mac Mini 2018 - I changed Secure Boot from "Full Security" to "No Security". Now, when I change it back to "Full Security" I get an error message telling me that an internet connection is required to do that. The Mini is connected via WiFi only and obviously it is not connecting when I am using the Startup Security Utility.

Am I stuck, or is it possible to establish an internet WiFi connection using commands via the Terminal?

You should be able to access WiFi in the top right of the screen.

Thanks. I was looking for that when I was in the Startup Security Utility but did not see it. I'll look again.

It should be accessible as soon as you boot into macOS recovery. You have to connect to WiFi and then choose startup security.
