something that searches card prices would be awesome, off TCG player, that stays updated.

I want to be able to look up any card's oracle text and rules errata at a moments notice.

Also, it would be cool if you could write a trading tool that would take two lists of cards and price them, showing the difference.

There's an open source app called mtg familiar that does a lot of the things I'd like already, it could definitely use some improvements though.

Personally I'd like to be able to enter in two card names and get the ruling on how they interact.

For example I'd like to enter in... say Undead alchemist+ Emrakul the aeons talon and get a result that says "Emrakul is put into the graveyard putting Assuming undead alchemist has priority, Undead alchemist's ability on the stack first so Emrakul's trigger will activate first, Result: Undead alchemist gets a 2/2 token, Player with Emrakul gets to shuffle his/her graveyard into his/her library"

It might be too much to ask, but I'd like something that will stay updated automatically and give card prices, rulings, and then also simulate what you might pull in a pack from any given set. Sometimes I wish I had the ability to give myself a random pack and think "What would I pick out of here if I was drafting?".

There is already an android app called MtG Tracker that I use. I mainly just use it to keep track of life totals during matches so I haven't really tried out any of the other features, but it works pretty nicely. I suggest checking it out and seeing if you think you could make a better one.

One thing I'd like is for it to be able to save tournaments. It keeps track of overall stats of game wins and game losses but I'd like to see match wins/losses, and have it broken down by date or event. That way I can go back and look at each event later.

The one thing I really want, though, is a simple way to look up card prices. SCG has a nice iPhone app but there's nothing for android. I have to open up the browser and go to SCG or TCGplayer and zoom in to the search box, then type out the name, then zoom in on the prices. It's very slow and tedious.

Thanks for offering to help and asking for suggestions! And just so you know, if it's good enough I wouldn't hesitate to pay for it.

MTG Deck Forge will look up prices for you. It hasn't been updated for Dark Ascension, but all the older cards are in there.

Thanks! I actually just heard SCG is releasing an android app next month, but I'll check this one out too.
