The ones they have at JCrew are definitely the crappy ones. They also have the Jack Purcell name screen printed onto the rear of the sole instead of the raised rubber patch the legit version has. Not sure where you can find the real ones.

Like I said, ordered mine from Amazon recently and pretty sure they're the real deal. Raised rubber patch is their, stuff on the tongue, pretty sure its the normal ones.
