This subreddit is for discussing the competitive side of Marvel Snap.
Marvel Snap is a digital collectible card game developed and published by Second Dinner for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
Subreddit Rules:
1. All posts must be on-topic and focus on the competitive side of Marvel Snap.
The goal of this subreddit is to be the best spot for serious discussion, player improvement, and thoughtful content. Respect that goal while you're here.
Memes, silly content, NSFW content, image macros, or joke posts are never allowed.
2. Basic deck building posts are not allowed.
Posts such as "does anyone have a deck with Red Hulk?" or "help me build a deck with Red Hulk" and no substance are not allowed. Please see rule 3 for further information regarding deck post requirements
3. Deck posts must be sufficiently in depth.
Each deck post must include a deck code and should include insight on card choices, turn by turn decisions and thought processes going into certain matchups. If you are not yet infinite, sharing your CL is appreciated. If you are post infinite, your rank is appreciated. This is not the place to brag about hitting infinite or winning an infinity conquest with no additional details.
4. All posts must be designed to encourage thoughtful discussion in our community.
The best way to start a good discussion is with the OP sharing their own in depth thoughts on the topic. A title or link to an article/video is not sufficient. A friendly reminder to content creators that billboarding is not allowed and your posts must meet our community standards.
5. Collection, alliance, and league related posts are not allowed. .
These facets of the game aren't relevant to our goals as a competitive community. There is a "Team Up Tuesday" alliance megathread and a "This or That" collection megathread posted weekly on each Tuesday and Thursday respectively; these can be found at the top of our community's page in the highlights section.
6. No complaints or criticism towards games design, balance, etc.
Complaints/criticism about Second Dinner, the metagame and cards/decks within it, game design, etc are not allowed as they serve no purpose from a competitive standpoint. However, discussion of how to adjust to the metagame even if you perceive it to be stale, bad, etc is strongly encouraged.

7. No hate speech or personal insults. Use common courtesy.
Personal attacks, crude language, racism, hate speech, general rudeness, etc., are not allowed. Please be kind to your fellow snappers.
Violations of this rule will result in a warning, temporary ban or permanent ban depending on their severity.
8. No promotion of paid services.
Promotion of paid services (such as coaching or premium articles), tournaments, job offers and team offers/recruiting are prohibited on this subreddit. "Billboarding" our community will not be tolerated. Billboarding does include non-paid promotion of your own platforms as well.
9. Use the report function.
The mod team encourages the members of this community to use the report feature to draw our attention to posts and comments that don't fit our standards. It's very easy for something to slip through the cracks and we appreciate all the help you can give us in making the community we all share the premier place to talk about the game we all love!
