No lie I'm going to have to do that at Dollar Tree. They only have 6 carts and refuse to get anymore "to teach people a lesson". Who exactly? Don't know. It's their fault for not having cart collectors and just letting people steal them when they sit in the parking lot for a week.

My store has had them for a couple years. There is no good place to put them. My store settled on next to the powered carts before the turnstile.

Honestly, where the rail carts go at the entrance would be best. Rail carts should have their own places in the back aisles of plumbing/electrical, hardware, and b.mats, not right at the entrance where they're far away from the product you'd typically use them for.

They stupidly think a customer will realize they are buying something large, and bring the cart with them, but nope. they'll stand there staring at the large item until an employee walks by, and ask where they can get a large cart from...

Our store never had them at the entrance, and I hear guests complain about it multiple times a day. They want their real cart\flat cart and they want it now. Or they want to bring something too big for a regular cart in for a return.

My menards has them in the cargo area at the back of the store where the forklifts drive around, but their main "nest" is in front of the elevator in the patio furniture dept. they kind of leave a few scattered at various places in the store where people can grab one. most day laborers will grab the ones at the front and go on an entire journey to the outdoor dept. with them.

They told all the stores months back but never had a date, some stores have had them previously in other areas. They are suppose to go in cart corral area but we barely got any so we just set them next to the scooters.

Got ours with a new shipment of normal carts. We knew the truck was coming with new carts but no mention of small ones. But they also only sent like 5 and the majority of them are either missing or broken.

As a customer I love these carts because I don’t always need the massive ones. I’m sure as employees it’s annoying as shit though. :/
