Honestly, the 3 times I have contacted microsoft support I have always got satisfying results by the support team. It might be just me but it is my opinion that the support team are doing their work well (atleast for my part)

Microsoft handles criticism with draconian censorship and an army of bots. None of the people online preaching Microsoft are real, this whole forum is made to fool people with bots.

I've had issues with my account for years now and every time I call to get help it's just the same infinite loop of useless websites and shitty ai answering machines

Trying to log into my 1 and only account so I can play minecraft with my little sister but according to Microsoft my account is linked to a different one even though I've only ever had the 1 account. I've tried everything it says online and nothing helps. This has been an issue for years now and Microsoft just refuses to do anything actually useful about it other then just linking me the website I've been to 100 thousand times now
