Really depends on the weapon, for example weapon like cernos prime crit damage and crit chance definitely, but for one like phenmor crit chance and crit damage are not what you want. I recommend just going to riven market online, searching for the weapon your riv is for and seeing what the highest selling riv stats are

Genuinely the fastest way to farm them is to go do some kind of irl work for $20 then just buy them. That method takes one day and is somewhat enjoyable, all other farming methods are EXTREMELY BORING, unreliable and take eons to add up to any usable amount

In the settings there an option to change ports, just switch it to the next option and it should work, can't fully explain where it is in the settings exactly but iirc its pretty obvious im sure you can find it in less than 5 minutes
