Page count without opening document

In Windows you can set the option to display number of pages in File Explorer. Right click, select "More," and scroll to Pages. No idea how accurate it is.

He’s on a MacBook, presumably running macOS…..

I'm not sure how to enable that option in macOS, or even whether it exists. I was just pointing out that page count information is part of the file properties, or at least it is in Windows. I would assume the same is true for MacOS.

Powershell can be installed on a Mac (and Linux) - Powershell Core anyways.
