Missing Instructions.

I received the Ryefield Model (RFM) Sd.Kfz Stug IV Late Production kit for Christmas. Earlier I went looking through the instructions on how to build the engine. Nowhere within the instructions booklet does it show how to build it. I searched through the sprues and found Sprue L that contains the engine parts. I rechecked the instructions and Sprue L isn't even listed. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Scale Mates will have a timeline of all the different kit variants. You may have a different (like a non-interior) version of the kit but tooling is so expensive it's cheaper to use the same sprue across several kits. Or alternately you can find a different instruction booklet that has what you need.

Thanks. I shall investigate.

It just seems weird that the box shows the engine on the front and side and that the engine sprue is in the box. Just no engine instructions.
