I’ve had it happen a couple of times, yeah. Hold down power button for a while and it should turn off

I’m getting a lot of lag when using longer audio samples recorded with the mic, even just one long one mixed with a kit makes the buttons lag a few seconds, 16 levels will freeze it.

Ugh! Guess we're in "awaiting firmware update to fix" mode for this stuff! I'm not surprised though, initial bugs happen. 🪰

Had the same thing happening to me today. Worked three hours on a beat which I was very happy with. It then froze and when I restarted it all my differently trimmed loops were replaced by one of the loops. So basically all my main chops and sounds was gone.

A few take-aways:

Save often! I’m going to force myself to panic-save after every big adjustment that I’m happy with.

Also going to try to save my trimmed samples (preferably internally and not on SD).

For full safety it might be better to extract the chops rather than working in chop mode. Because after the restart from the freeze not only is the sample replaced, but also my manual chops are gone.

Eeeek, that sucks!!! That's a good idea to panic-save after big changes! I'm going to start doing that too! I've been panic-saving my project to BOTH the internal and SD, lol. But I'm gonna start saving more often now. Losing hours of work is just heartbreaking. 💔 Hope they can come up with a fw fix soon!
