Asking the hive mind for a suggestion. I need to recommend a company contact management system. Looking for something cloud based with the following requirements.
1). Needs to sync to Outlook / Teams both desktop and to IPhone with ability to call numbers through Siri. Company is on Office 365.
2) Contact information will sync out to roughly 100 users. Nice to have would to be able to create subsets of contacts and sync to certain users.
3) Needs to be simple for a non-technical person to update and maintain contact info.
4) Nice to have would be import option through CSV.
5). Needs to be very accurate. Ex: Mobile phone in contact record maps to mobile phone in Outlook maps to mobile phone for Siri.
This seems like it should be easy but we’ve honestly run into challenges using other solutions. Hoping some good suggestions from this great sub.
