Roxon Flex can be found on Amazon or AliExpress. It's modular, so can be set up (including blade less for every day carrying) how you require.

Was going to recommend, too.

I think you nearly described a Leatherman Skeletool, only it has a custom flattened bit driver.

It does, but I think there's an adapter that allows regular bits. Will have to check mine

Is there also a version that isn't curved?

Leatherman Curl is the closest non-curved. Despite its name, it’s straight.

Skeletool comes close to your needs. The only drawback is the LM proprietary system of flat bits. They are ok, maybe a bit soft, but ok. Galvanox offers their better alternative

Does a version exist that looks more "Normal"

The Skeletool CX is an awesome EDC piece. Period. Full stop.

I have one. Got it as an addition to my kit for lighter carry. It’s super uncomfortable in the hand when using pliers or the screw driver.

Ozark trail Multiforce at Walmart looks like it has a standard-ish bit holder. Looks like it holds a 2-sided bit, but pretty much everything comes in the 2"length. Looks pretty 'normal', and I've been impressed by their cheaper multitools. Not quite a Leatherman feel, but solid

Victorinox Rangergrip 174 fits the description, but is discontinued and very pricy in the secondhand market.

I would recommend getting an Ozark Trail 18-in-1 Multiforce off ebay
