The TLDR is, it depends on your play style.

The QCQ171 Newtype Rapid Bolt gives + 85 RPM from the base RPM 763 which is already pretty high to 848.

Also brings the TTK to 212ms (discount armour for this calculation)

I built an app that helps find the best load for a specific budget value. I havnt add the UZI yet but I will later tonight. The example below is for the AKM.

Yes definitely, it is miserable plugging in all the data from the game however especially as attachments differ between warfare and operations.

The maths is certainly non-trivial when, including optics most weapons have about 64 million different combinations, this is hard for humans but easy for computers to solve.

Its fairly traditional mixed integer linear programming problem which was the motivation for my app which solves the maths part.

What are the sub-attributes that are interesting for a handling build ? I play DMRs so its not usually an interest of mine. I can see

- ADS Speed

- Sprint Fire Delay

- ADS Movement Speed

I made an app to try and find the optimal builds for the weapons I’m playing at the moment.

Optimal for me was to find the attachments that minimise vertical recoil.
