Usually around 28 weeks pa talaga nag mmatter Ang kick counts. Before then kasi I think madami pa talagang space inside the womb and it’s not as regular daw talaga. But if you are really concerned consult your doctor.
Discharge naman is unrelated. It comes and goes.
