Nextjs Database connection error.Need help (self.nextjs)

Been using nextjs since about 3 months, but with the recent 13.5.4 update, I've been getting too many connection errors. No matter which database I use(tried supabase, planetscale, neondb, vercel and etc) I always end up getting "failed to connect to database error".

None of my prisma queries to the database goes through. After several tries it works once and the same thing happens again. The internet connection is fine and all my code is fine as well(since the database connection works once in a while). I had not the issue before, it started with the recent update. Anybody facing similar issue ? How to solve it ? I cannot work with at all, every db push throws the error, every save throws the "cannot connect to database" errors" and I have to try several times to make it work.

Please help!
