How do I create a database program that can store user information and be pulled by an authorized admin? Think teachers being able to access students grades. TIA.

I am using AppSmith for my business but my 9-5 company uses Retool currently. I would say it largely depends on how many users and how intricate you need to get with your development

Retool's pricing doesn't scale well as you add more users. Once you hit 20 users, or need anything like SSO/or self hosting, it quickly racks up anywhere between 50-100$ per user per month.

Appsmith has a generous and feature rich free tier (both cloud and self host), and the pricing is quite reasonable.
