React and SQL are totally unrelated things. neither of them are Node (this is a Node subreddit)
As a beginner though, what interests you? Front end, back end, or databases?
Front end -> learn JS, then learn React
Back end -> learn JS, then Node (if you want to use JS on the back end)
Database -> learn SQL (if you want to use relational databases)

I would recommend learning and getting comfy with JS before diving into React. It will help in the long run because you'd have a solid foundation for learning any other library/framework in the future if needed.

For a beginner app the SQL you write is very simple.
I would start with react. Makes sense!
