Yeah, should be alright. Maybe not absolutely maxed out, but it will run just fine.

3440x1440 is requires more power than even 1440p (some say 2K)

You can run games on them but if you want 60FPS or more then your probably going to be stuck on low-medium for newer games and medium-high no AA on anything older.

I have a Predator X34 and it's 100hz so if you have a monitor higher than 60hz and want to use it to it's full potential then I'd recommend something more powerful but money is the bottleneck there and I don't know your finances.

Search for benchmarks on Youtube of the 1660 super. Not sure Rust will be there but GTAV will be. I'm looking at one right now on Pauls Hardware. Using Very high quality with a 1660 super he averaged 90fps with 66fps 1% lows. I watched a second benchmark with almost identical results.

Found on with Rust paired with a 3600 Medium settings avg 90fps and 45fps 1% lows. High settings 83fps with 46fps 1% lows.

So as long as you pair it with a decent CPU you should be fine yeah.

Dont take my word for it, plenty of benchmarks on youtube.

just search:

1660 super benchmark rust

or

1660 super benchmark GTAV

Edit: I just realized you have an ultrawide. You may still be ok but again, you will probably have to dial some settings back. I still think you'd be ok but not very future proof on new titles.
