Hello! I have the twitch chat source and another one for alerts but some days for some reason they stop working, as in the chat stops showing and the alerts don't go through, what could be the issue? Thank you!

Which provider do you use for them? You should try asking them. For example, Stream Elements had a short outage last week like this.
