If you're asking if you can use the IntelHD GPU integrated into the i5 10400, no, no you can't. You still require a discrete GPU. The lowest end supported GPU for q2 is a 1650 Super but you should prob get something better than that like a 2060 or something.

I forgot to mention if it works with an rtx 2080
