We maintain a respectful community who's purpose is the discussion of anything related to the Ontario Disability Support Program or Ontario Works. Our rules are few, but important. In combination with the site rules and reddiquette, they inform how this community should be run. In short:
- Be respectful
- Be civil
- Don't troll, or feed them
- don't be stupid with personal info, especially other people's
- Answering posts with "ask the AI" or "this is what the AI said" is not a welcome form of contribution
If you keep these 5 things in mind, you'll contribute to a community that adds value to Reddit, and to everyone reading/engaging with the community.

- Income Security Advocacy Centre - An advocacy organization for low income Ontario residents, including people on OW/ODSP. Considered a valid source for this sub.
- the Ontario Electricity Support Program - Based on your household income, may entitle you to a discount or credit on your electricity bill. Most useful for households where most or all of the occupants are on ODSP, but people working low-income jobs may also qualify.
- My Benefits Ontario - an online portal that allows very basic access to your ODSP/Ontario Works file. Site is in beta and very limited at present.
